1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

If your store offers free shipping, we can add:
Free standard shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Shipping carrier
  • Link to track your package

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@tenvas.com
  • Orders already shipped cannot be changed

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Confirm delivery details with the carrier
  3. Allow 24–48 hours for potential delayed delivery scans
  4. Contact us at hello@tenvas.com if still unresolved

We will work with the carrier to locate the package. In cases where the carrier confirms delivery, Hodbay.com is not responsible for stolen packages.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and items
  • Contact us within 7 days at hello@tenvas.com

We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


9. International Shipping

At this time, Hodbay.com ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
