1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Used bedding, pillows, towels, or other hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective)
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at hello@tenvas.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at hello@tenvas.com.
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval may be rejected.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), Hodbay.com covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, not as expected, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items
For other reasons (color/size change), we may process it as a return followed by a new purchase.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or family members
- Contact the carrier for location details
- If still unresolved, email us at hello@tenvas.com
We will assist in filing a claim and ensuring a fair resolution.
